DAY 30 BE STRONG – HE IS A PLACE OF SAFETY

You are my strength; I wait for you to rescue me, for you, O God, are my place of safety. Psalms 59:9   God is our refuge in times of trouble. We can trust him and find strength knowing that he is our hiding place. One composer once declared “Rock of ages cleft for me; let me hide myself in thee.” We have a great hiding place in God. He is a great fortress, an immovable and unshakeable one. We trust God and know that nothing will disturb the almighty. “My sheep recognise my voice. I know them, and they follow me. 28 I give them real and eternal life. They are protected from the Destroyer for good. No one can steal them from out of my hand” John 10:27-28 (MSG) His presence shuts the mouths of lions, quenches the fire around us and silences the enemy. Be strong, in His presence you are safe.
