Sonship
“…….. rather, the Spirit you received brought about your adoption to sonship. And by him we cry, “Abba, Father.” Now if we are children, then we are heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ, if indeed we share in his sufferings in order that we may also share in his glory.” Romans 8:15, 17
In Zimbabwe, adoption gives a child a name, a home, and full rights. In Christ, God has done the same for us. He gave us His name, His home, and His inheritance. This means we are not guests in God’s house — we are sons with full rights, full access, and full inheritance.
Adoption in God’s Kingdom is not partial or symbolic. It is complete. We are heirs of God and co‑heirs with Christ, sharing in everything the Father has given His Son. We stand before God not as beggars, but as beloved sons who belong, who are welcomed, and who are fully accepted. We all can walk with the confidence of a son loved, empowered, and carrying the Father’s name.
